Had a great time with friends! We visited Conwy Castle and took a fun tram ride, both amazing experiences. The place is a perfect hub for everything, and breakfast was spot on! Staff were super helpful, and I loved the comfy rooms and cleanliness. Definitely a place to go back to!
Our stay was a bit noisy at night because of the seagulls, which was distracting at times.

i have stayed in other hotels in llandudno before, but this one exceeded my expectations. the family suite was spacious and allowed the kids to play safely while we relaxed. the breakfast offered delicious options, including freshly cooked pancakes and a variety of juices.
the jacuzzi wasn’t working during my stay.

Highly recommend for a cozy getaway
They even had a personalized gift bag for our dog, that was a lovely touch, like they knew how important he was to us. Breakfast was great with a fine view and every detail was perfect.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still worth every penny for the experience.
